Great Feeling Serum

I have been using this serum for a month now and I like the way it makes my skin feel after application, going through the menopause I have steered away from creams, but this serum feels smooth, easy to apply and absorbs so quickly.
I use it at night and it doesn't clog my skin overnight. Would definitely recommend.

Great Product Awful Pipette

Love this product but pipette needs rethinking. Contacted a fantastic customer service agent who sent a replacement product. Worked twice then pipette failed again. Have two great products by Cult 21 which I can’t use . Really does need rethinking .

Allow the Supercell serum to fully absorb into the skin before applying Illuminating Day Cream during the day or incorporating Rejuvenating Night Cream into your evening routine. For optimal results, Supercell mRNA Serum can be included in both your morning and evening skincare rituals. When layering multiple products, adhere to the principle of applying the thinnest product first, gradually moving to thicker formulations, and ensuring each layer absorbs before applying the next.

FAQ

Q: I received my Supercell mRNA Serum but I am having trouble getting the product out of the bottle, I don't think my pipette is working!

A: Due to the thicker consistency of Supercell mRNA, a little extra care is needed when dispensing. For best results, remove the pipette and squeeze out all air while holding it. Place it back into the bottle, then release the top to draw up the product.

Q: I have more than one serum, how do I go about using them?

A: You can use one serum in the morning before your day cream and your second serum in the evening before your night cream. All our serums can be used morning and evening, so it will be down to personal preference, or contact our customer service for a personalised skincare routine.

Q: How do serums work? 

A: Serums contain active ingredients that penetrate deep into the skin to treat specific issues. When using a serum and moisturiser, you get to treat more intricate skin concerns or secondary issues you may be experiencing on your skin. Eg. you have a very dry skin, but also suffer from pigmentation - by using a serum and moisturiser you get to double up on treating various concerns or switch up your routine if you feel like a change.

Q: At what age should serum be used?

A: The right age to use face serums can vary based on individual skin type and concerns. However, many dermatologists recommend introducing a serum into your skincare routine in your mid-20s. This is when the first signs of ageing, such as fine lines or dullness, may start to appear.
