Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your CULT51 purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work — including your statutory right to cancel, and how we handle anything faulty.

Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and receive a refund. This is in addition to — and does not affect — your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to faulty goods.

How to make a return

• Email hello@cult51.com with your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll confirm any details you need.
• Pop the item back in suitable packaging and post it to the address below. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Please include your order number with the return. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

Once we've received your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. We'll always email to let you know it's done.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including any delivery costs — at no charge to you.
