This policy explains what personal information CULT51 London ("we", "us") collects when you visit cult51.com or place an order, how we use it, and the rights you have. We are the data controller for the information you provide to us. CULT51 London is a trading name of Elan Cosmetics Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17140249), registered office: 469 Kingsway, Manchester, M19 1NR.

The information we collect

• Order & contact details — your name, email, delivery and billing address and phone number, so we can fulfil your order and keep you updated.
• Payment information — card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details on our website.
• Usage data — basic information about how you use the site (for example via cookies and analytics) to help us improve it.
• Marketing preferences — if you choose to subscribe, your email address and whether you've consented to hear from us.

How we use your information

• To process and deliver your orders and provide customer service.
• To send order and dispatch confirmations.
• To send marketing emails — only where you've given consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To maintain the security of, and improve, our website.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Legal bases

Under UK GDPR we rely on: performance of a contract (to fulfil your order), consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), legitimate interests (to run and improve our business securely), and legal obligation (such as keeping records for tax).

Who we share it with

We only share what's necessary, with trusted providers who help us run the shop — for example our payment processor (Stripe), delivery partners, and email and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal data to anyone. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet legal and accounting requirements (typically up to 6 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights
