We are Cult 51, a luxury skincare brand supplying our products around the world.


How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about products, to place an order or if you register to receive our e-newsletters.


What type of information is collected from you?

The personal information we collect might include:

  • your address,
  • your email address,

  • If you purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.

  • to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us;
  • dealing with entries into a competition;
  • seek your views or comments on the services we provide;

Klarna

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.

How to stop marketing messages from Cult51

  • Emails:  You can click on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any marketing email you receive. 
  • Text Messages:  You can text “stop” to the number provided within the communication and this will unsubscribe you from that method of communication. 
  • Any method of Marketing:  You can contact our Customer Care team.  Once you do this, we will update our records to ensure that you don’t receive further marketing messages. 

If you tell us you don’t want to receive marketing messages it might take a few days for all our systems to be updated, so we would ask for your patience as you might get messages from us while we process your request. 
Please note that opting out of marketing messages will not stop service communications, such as order updates. 


Controlling your personal information

The accuracy of your information is important to us. We will promptly correct any information. In the meantime, if you change your details you can do by so either logging onto your account on our website or emailing us at hello@cult51.com.
